Gulffront Home - MINT Condition!
SOLD - But We Have Others!
VACANT & READY FOR YOU! FACING THE GULF! This home was built in 2000 and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. The enclosed garage & workshop space are to the right and carport on the left with entrance to the foyer. The living room opens onto the balcony and is two-story.
The interior is charming, beachy and artistically colorful. Well-equipped for year round living or a delightful second home.
The Gulf of Mexico across the Road
The surf is high today. This walkway over the dune connects you to miles of white sandy beach.
Another Beach View!
Some days the tide is way out and the gulf is calm. Today a cold front is coming in so the tide is high and surf is up. The sea oats in the foreground are on the dune and protect the shoreline.
A Creative Exterior - Impressive Views from Inside!
The oval window is in the wide stairwell. It lets much interior light into the house. The living room opens onto the balcony and is two-story. The master bedroom is on the main living level and there are 3 more bedrooms (one used as an office) and 2 more full baths on the top level. Much thought and attention to detail went into the planning of this house.
Welcome to Sunset Beach!
Sunset Beach is a part of the City of Treasure Island, FL. It is appx. 30-40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is a short point of land surrounded by water on three sides. This house faces the beach with public land across the road (no buildings do or should block the view). These area maps are located in each beach community in Treasure Island.
Showcase Window in Stairwell
This large scale window brightens the stairwell and affords a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The stairwell is very wide and designed for future addition of chair lift, if needed. You can see the vacant city parking lot across the street. This is the only thing between you and the beach and gives an unobstructed beach & sunset view.
A Colorful & Fabuous Kitchen!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all black-faced appliances. The island also has a breakfast bar and all the counters are a gleaming granite. A punch of lime green color livens up the kitchen.
Another Kitchen View!
This kitchen has cabinets and drawers you dream about. All wood, the drawers pull out and then fully extend out to make reaching soooooo easy.
Exterior Notes
This house is not yet 3 years old and has very low maintenance. All the windows have heavy protection film and the doors are double-paned and slide sooo easily. To the left is a covered carport leading to the ground floor entry foyer. To the right is a over-sized garage with a workshop behind.
Great Interior Spaces!
The living room has a dramatic two-story ceiling, a gas fireplace and a balcony overlooking the beach. Stairs to the left go up to three more bedrooms and two baths.
I'm Crazy About this Ceiling!
Light and shadows create interesting patterns. The half wall on right is the hallway to two bedrooms.
Master Bedroom on Main Living Level
A great feature of this home is the location of the main bedroom which is on the main living level. These double doors are the entry. It features a large ensuite bath. A guest half bath is also on this level.
The Master Bedroom
There are great views from every window in this house. The large master bath is to the right.
Guest Bedroom #1
This upstairs bedroom is very colorful and has a private adjoining full bath.
Guest Bedroom #2
This upstairs corner bedroom is very cheery and inviting.
3rd Upstairs Bedroom - Used as an Office
There is a balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The owners have placed their desk right in front to enjoy the view while working. I don't think I could get much work done. You can't see in this picture, but this bedroom has a huge closet.
Master Bath Pix 1
This is a little out of focus, but you can see the gulf out the window. There is a double vanity to the right.
Master Bath Pix 2
This is a nice roomy bath.
Master Bath Pix 3
The big oval tub and the walk-in shower are wonderful.
One of Two Upstairs Baths
The color is in the accessories, but what a cheerful bath. This is shared by two of the upstairs bedrooms, while the 3rd has a private bath.
Guest Half Bath / Laundry & Pantry
The main living level has a guest half bath which you can see in the background. To the left of it is the walk-in laundry room and pantry.
The Guest Half Bath
It's all about color! The whole house has the colorful, cheerful feel. What a great beach house!
Walk-in Laundry & Pantry
There is room for a full-sized side-by-side washer and dryer. The right hand wall has great shelving. The back door goes to an outside entry.
Almost Time for Sunset!
It is late in the day and the sun is streaming in. This view from the living room shows the balcony and some of the old pine trees on the beach.
The View from Upstairs
This is the upstairs view from the hall way overlooking the living room.
View From the Balcony
In the morning, bring out your coffee and the newspaper and relax. In the evening, bring a cool one and enjoy the daily salute to the sunset ritual. The only thing missing from this picture is you!
